The design focuses on clarity, with real-time validations and an autosave system to avoid loss of information. The interface prioritizes security, providing clear indications about data confidentiality. In addition, visual aids, a progress bar, and real-time support are incorporated to reduce the abandonment rate and improve the user experience.
For this project, the UX of the site (empathy maps, interviews with users, low-level prototyping), UI, front end of the site and SEO were carried out.
